Where in Krumlov

Český Krumlov - it is primarily a romantic atmosphere, medieval streets, cozy cafes and pubs. You can find all that only few steps from our  B&B Krumlov. The history of our house, which was declared as a cultural monument, dates back to the early Middle Ages. It is situated under the 1st courtyard of the Český Krumlov Castle on Latrán street, close to the main entrance to the Castle. We highly recommend you to also visit the unique Český Krumlov Monasteries or the beautiful parks hidden in the mysterious corners of the city. Absorb the real medieval atmosphere of central Krumlov, home of the mighty Krumlov ruling families.

Rožmberk Castle

One of the oldest castles of southern Bohemia, built by the Vitkovers in the middle of the 13th century. Rožmberk Castle dominates the surroundings above the bends of the Vltava river at an altitude of 540 meters.

Lookout Tower Kleť

Kleť is the highest mountain of the Blanský les, which is part of the Šumava foothills. It is 6 km away from Český Krumlov and you can get there on foot or take a bike.

Zlatá Koruna Monastery

The Cistercian monastery was built by Přemysl Otakar II in the Vltava valley in the 13th century. In addition to the magnificent monastery, there is also a paradise surrounded by a crossed corridor.

Holašovice

The South Bohemian village Holašovice, which has been listed on UNESCO World Heritage List since 1998, is the best preserved example of South Bohemian architecture from the second half of the 19th century, which is called rural baroque.

Hluboká nad Vltavou

It is the brilliant fairytale castle that overthrows the Vltava river, near České Budějovice. Close to the castle there is also a zoo, which will be appreciated mainly by children.

Lake Lipno

It is 25 km away, it is the largest water area in the Czech Republic and it is called the South Bohemian Sea.
